It was a pleasure to host 13 MRCF service users and staff who had travelled up from London on Friday 16th May 2014 to spend the day at Sipala. Many of the group had not visited this area before so we were able to show them a bit of our lovely countryside on the way from MK station. We started the day with everyone making bread round the island in the kitchen - 13 people kneading dough as Sue told a story that would form the theme of the day. Again we were blessed with lovely weather and the group was able to enjoy lunch outside. At the conclusion of the day everyone took their baked bread home with them.
