Eleanor Longshanks at Delapre Abbey

I'm looking forward to doing a series of shortened versions of the Eleanor story at Delapre Abbey, close to the site of the Hardingstone Eleanor Cross, to accompany the grand opening of the Abbey after its multi-million pound restoration.

The show times are still being worked out and will be at regular intervals throughout the day.

For more details of the original show please see our tour website:

Eleanor Longshanks at Woburn

Woburn has a secret, it once hosted a magnificent memorial to Queen Eleanor, wife to Edward I. But what’s so memorable about a medieval, bookish gardener? Come and hear the story.

This is a storytelling performance for grown ups performed by Sue and Hannah. We have spent the last year researching the history of Eleanor of Castile memorialised in 12 locations by Edward I. This show will draw her out from the shadows, play with the Arthurian legends she loved, and honour the goodness she brought to their relationship. If you love stories, love Woburn and love women, then you will love our show.

The show will take place on Friday 25th November 2016 in the candlelit crypt at St. Mary's Woburn.

Tickets are £10 - to buy please visit:
